Trail Seat Guide uses Google Analytics to count visits and understand which pages and product links readers use. Analytics loads after interaction or a short delay and may set first-party measurement cookies.

Advertising storage, Google advertising signals, and ad personalization are disabled. Analytics receives the site origin and page path rather than URL query strings. Affiliate-click events include the merchant, product identifier, page path, placement, button or link type, and destination host, but not the complete destination URL or affiliate tag.

Pages with Amazon product content load product images from Amazon’s media servers. Those requests may share ordinary connection information, such as an IP address, browser details, and the referring page, with Amazon under its own privacy practices.

If you follow a link to another website, that website’s privacy policy applies to your activity there. This notice will be updated if Trail Seat Guide changes its analytics setting or adds other site features that change these practices.
